Pay:$20/hr.

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

What You’ll Do:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our team in delivering top-notch service to our clients in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing expert support.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries related to HVAC services, maintenance, and products through phone, email, and live chat.

Assist customers with scheduling appointments, obtaining service quotes, and addressing service-related inquiries.

Provide detailed information about our HVAC products, including specifications, warranties, and installation procedures.

Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues and service requests.

Process service orders, warranty claims, and equipment returns with accuracy and attention to detail.

Troubleshoot HVAC system issues remotely and guide customers through basic problem-solving steps.

Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance customer service processes and knowledge base.

Stay informed about industry trends, product advancements, and company policies.

What You Need to Have:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional HVAC certifications or training is a plus.

Proven customer service experience in the HVAC industry.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance practices.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
